If you would like to come to work temporary in the U.S., please submit us the following DOCUMENTS REQUIRED : 1 passport size photo scanned at 300 dpi Previous work history – list of all the clubs and countries you have worked in Provide the names and the addresses of the clubs Copies of all valid and previous expired working visas Copies of any dancing diplomas, certificates or any other related papers Your recent high quality digital promotional photos shot less than a month ago. Please include photos in artistic costumes and nude photos showing full body EMPLOYMENT: Prior to applying for visa you will be required to sign employment contract with your agency. Your employer will be J.V. Entertainment Inc, located at 1530 N Poinsettia Place 303, Los Angeles, CA 90046. We will mail you copies of corporate registration with the work permit. You will remain employed by the agency during the whole period of the contract, or you loose your work permit and non immigrant status and you will have to leave the country. The agency will assist you with accommodation, transportation to and from the place of work, obtaining social security number (SSN), opening a bank account, creating credit history, tax returns from IRS, etc. PLACE OF WORK: J.V. Entertainment Inc. has exclusive agreement to recruit foreign showgirls and entertainers for Spearmint Rhino – the largest chain of the best clubs in the world, having locations throughout California, Las Vegas, Florida in the U.S., London, Birmingham and other cities in England, Sydney in Australia. Entertainment Inc. has exclusive agreement to recruit exotic dancers for Nite Moves club in thestate of New York. 10 dancers will start working there. LABOR CONDITIONS: Spearmint Rhino’s venues are non alcohol serving full nudity clubs. The house rules are: Dancer performs on stage 3-4 times per shift Dancer always get tipped on the stage and retain all the money Touching of any kind is absolutely forbidden Working hours: from 7.30 p.m. to 2.00 a.m. Monday thru Thursday and Sunday; 7.30 p.m. to 4.00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday Club doesn't provide accommodation and transportation to and from the club. You will work 5 days per week and in at least 3 different locations during the contract. Each dancer/showgirl must perform a 10-15 min pre-choreographed fantasy show . ACCOMMODATION, TRANSPORTATION, COST OF LIVING : The agency will help you lease an apartment. Usually 2 dancers will be accommodated in 1 apartment at a monthly rent of $700 - $800 per person, depending on the size and the location of the apartment and the location: Los Angeles or Hollywood. The cost of the utilities (gas, electricity, water) is approximately $50-$60 per person monthly. The cost of living in California (food, etc.) is approx. $350 - $450 per month. The agency will provide you transportation to and from work. SUV and a driver will be at your service to take you to shopping, fitness, sightseeing, etc. If you have driving license, you may use it in U.S. If you don't have driving license, we will help you obtain Californian driving license. The agency is not responsible for the airfares. Each showgirl/dancer should purchase round-trip ticket by herself. One-way ticket is acceptable option as well. VISA APPLICATION PROCESS AND FEE: Upon approval of your submitted application, J.V. Entertainment will mail you a copy of its approved H-2B visa petition, issued by the Immigration and Nationality Service (INS). You will then apply for entry visa in the nearest U.S. consulate, providing copy of the work permit and of the contract. The price of the visa is $1,000, which includes the temporary labor certification, work permit fee, and attorney’s fee for assistance for the visa application in the U.S. Consulate abroad. Dancer shall repay us the visa costs after arrival in the U.S.
